Bioshock: The Collection has been rated for PC, PS4, and Xbox One by the ESRB.

So recently we saw the Bioshock: The Collection was rated in other countries such as Taiwan and Brazil. The US Entertainment Software Rating Board has given the game a content rating. According to the listing from Gematsu, the collection includes the original Bioshock, Bioshock 2, and Bioshock: Infinite.
It looks to be launching on PC, PS4, and Xbox One and was awarded a mature rating. 2K has yet to officially confirm this.
