Electronic Arts announced in their recent earnings call that Respawn is making Star Wars Jedi: Survivor for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A release date was not announced for this project, but we have to assume these are still months away.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was released on April 28, 2023 for Xbox Series XlS, PlayStation 5 and PC. Although at launch the PC version wasn’t up to speed with the performance, but its been fixed since then. In our review of Jedi: Survivor we praised the title for being the perfect sequel.

Job listings were found earlier in July suggesting Respawn was planning a Jedi: Survivor sequel. It’s interesting to see this move from EA essentially going backwards. Some might say they’re planning for the future of Nintendo’s next console that’s reported to release during the second half of 2024.
