Although Rocksteady Studios engrossed its players with the release of Batman Arkham Knight back in 2015, nearly a decade later many are still awaiting the next entry from the British game studio. However, that is still underway. Previously, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League which would have shipped earlier this spring was ushered to a new release date in February 2024 next year.

Amid the wait, there is a prequel comic – Suicide Squad: Kill Arkham Asylum – that fans can digest before the bigger release. Another release as per Rocksteady Studios is also in tow as well. In that, Batman: Arkham Trilogy is on the way for Nintendo Switch this December. The game was originally paved to ship this month, but was then pushed to this winter.

Amid the wait, Epic Games Store released a new skin for Batman Arkham Knight featuring the batsuit from 2022’s The Batman. The cosmetic features the to-scale likeness of the portrayal from Robert Pattinson’s performance in the Matt Reeves picture. You can watch footage of the skin live in the video below:

Howbeit, the aforementioned skin is not available anymore. It was reportedly released early – likely jumped the gun ahead of the Nintendo Switch version coming in December. “This video shows an unfinished version that was published by Rocksteady by mistake on Epic Games Store,” the video description reads. It also presses that it will be included as part of a free update likely for all platforms alongside the Epic Games Store version.

On the matter of cosmetics pertaining to Rocksteady Studios, there has been a brewing concern for the release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. While highly-anticipated, the project is to feature a battle pass system which only incorporates wearable items to unlock which do rub players the wrong way initially learning.
