From Software announced they are shutting down the online servers for Dark Souls 2 and Armored Core Verdict Day on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The servers will officially go down on March 31, 2024, and there will be certain features players won’t be able to experience again. If you are someone who hunts Achievements and Trophies you’ll want to hop on the game before it’s too late.

Here is what will be terminated for Armored Core Verdict Day:

World Mode

Mercenary features

Territory Customisation

Ranking

Team Menus

Other features tied to online elements

Trophies/Achievements linked to online elements will become unobtainable, and “Soldier Model” DLC will also become unavailable.

Here is what will be terminated for Dark Souls 2:

Asynchronous online elements such as shades, bloodstains and messages

Multiplayer elements such as co-op play, invasions and dueling

Offline gameplay will still be available for Dark Souls 2 on the two consoles, but the good news is that you’ll still be able to play online on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows DirectX9/11.
