This week, Nintendo held its periodic Nintendo Direct presentation in its familiar & abrupt manner showcasing some of the new titles still coming to the Nintendo Switch. Although the firm did present anticipated titles like Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, Nintendo was still withholding of a proper release date for the game with its generalized 2025 launch window.

Additionally, there has been some reflected IPs that are now receiving new installments. One being Tamagotchi Plaza which received a confirmed release scheduled for this year. Additionally, Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots was also unveiled as well for fans looking for a new experience in the series too.

Closing the show, Nintendo did so with a new trailer for Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. You can watch the announcement trailer in the video below:

“The Tomodachi Life series is back with its first brand new entry in over ten years. Create your own Mii characters based on yourself, friends, family – anyone! – and watch them live their lives on an island out at sea. Get involved with their relationships and experience all the weird and wonderful ways these Mii characters interact. You may even drop in on their dreams!” the press release synopsis reads.

This is not the first instance of a Mii title coming to Nintendo Switch. Previously, the console welcomed Miitopia to its library back in spring 2021. You can read the full report by heading here.
