Uncharted remasters are getting individual physical copies on PS4

As we reported earlier Resident Evil 4, 5 and 6 are getting physical copies for PlayStation 4. It looks like all the Uncharted remasters are getting individual physical copies on PlayStation 4. We all know that there is the Nathan Drake Collection, but if you want to just play a remaster of a certain title you didn’t get to play you can just buy it individually.
There hasn’t been a confirmed release date or prices yet on when this will happen, but gotta think very soon.
