Game Freak’s Little Town Hero looks to be continuing its journey beyond the Nintendo Switch as it was recently discovered that the game will be coming to PC at the end of this month. The keyboard & mouse version of the October-released title will be dealt through the means of Valve-owned Steam as users online have found the game’s respected page on the storefront.
Although the Steam page currently reads that Little Town Hero will be arriving to PC sometime in July 2020, Gematsu reports that the RPG will be arriving on June 30th. The PC version will be published by Game Freak whilst its respected versions for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 physical editions will arrive next week by NIS America; North America on June 23 and Europe on June 26.
“Unlike most RPGs, there is no need to fight weak monsters repeatedly to level grind in “Little Town Hero”, the synopsis for the game reads on its Steam page. “Instead, you will need to have a good strategy to fight each boss monster one on one. …Will the protagonist live the adventure he craves and escape the humdrum village life?
“- A challenging battle system which relies heavily on coming up with new Ideas and strategies.
– Compact story progression designed with the busy gamer in mind.
– Soundtrack by Toby Fox, composer of the background music for UNDERTALE.”
Although Game Freak will be responsible for the PC version arriving in the latter part of June, it was previously reported that Rainy Frog will be helming the PlayStation 4 port for Little Town Hero. The Japanese studio was also responsible for the respected version of Game Freaks preceding title, Giga Wrecker ALT.
