EA announces Star Wars Battlefront II, sort of

EA has posted on their official blog regarding the upcoming Star Wars Celebration event and an announcement they will make about the next Star Wars Battlefront game.
EA posted, writing that “the first trailer for Star Wars Battlefront II is imminent,” and that it would be shown during the Star Wars Celebration on April 15.  EA notes the time, 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, for “The Galaxywide Premiere of Star Wars Battlefront II” panel during which they will show the trailer.
We still don’t know much of anything about the game itself, but we’ll likely hear more after the trailer debut and leading up to the games launch.  If we hear anything prior to the event, however, we’ll keep you updated.  Until then, be sure to stay tuned to Rectify Gaming.
