Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is going to require a lot of space on your PlayStation 5

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 from Sony and Insomniac Games is releasing on October 20, 2023, and customers who received the Special Edition PlayStation 5 noticed the box shares the size of the game. According to the Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Console Bundle Retail Box, the game will require a minimum of 98 GB for your PS5.

This was first noticed by @SpiderManCD on Twitter who shared an image of the PlayStation 5 with the DualSense Controller. It’s quite possible the game may require a little more when it releases due to day one patches or other updates coming out.

The Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Console Bundle, DualSense Controller, and Plate Covers were all released on September 1, 2023, well ahead of the game’s release.
