Today, Maximum Games announced three new video games coming this year, giving the public a taste of what they will see from the publishers in 2016. In addition to the previously revealed virtual reality title, Loading Human, Maximum Games will also release The Technomancer in partnership with Focus Home Interactive, as well as Road Rage, an action-packed motorcycle combat game. This is the first we’ve heard that The Technomancer will have a co-publisher, as up until now it has been solely Focus Home and Spider Studios
Road Rage is a motorcycle combat game set in the dusty, dangerous town of Ashen. You are Ace, the newest member of the outlaw motorcycle club controlling underground crime in the city. With big dreams to become club president, you set in motion a new strategy to fulfill the goals of the motorcycle gang, using your skill on a bike to propel you into a position of ultimate control. Featuring 42 story-based missions, players will master 40 battle moves on 11 unique, customizable bikes.
Developed specifically for virtual reality, Loading Human is a futuristic, sci-fi adventure coming to PlayStation VR and Oculus Rift. You are Prometheus, a scientist summoned by his dying father to embark on a mission to obtain a life-saving energy source trapped in deep space. The game is an episodic journey: Chapter One is where your quest begins, in your father’s Antarctic science lab as you prepare for your interstellar quest.
The Technomancer has a summer release date for Xbox One, PS4 and PC, but Road Rage will release on the same platforms with an TBD date at this time. Loading Human is only on VR with no date as of yet, but all three games are launching this year. There is no trailer yet for Road Rage, but you can see Loading Human below.
