During E3 Microsoft opened their conference by officially announcing the Xbox One S which comes with a new control pad which comes with Bluetooth support. The guys over at Windows Central have confirmed with a Microsoft representative that Windows 10 mobile will be able to connect to and use the controller as long as the developers support it.
Games Such as Halo Spartan Assault and Halo Spartan strike could benefit from implementing this feature especially for devices with smaller screens. Whether or not this feature catches on is down to how well developers can implement this into their existing and an upcoming games for Windows 10 mobile.
