It has been quite a while since Paramore Digital Entertainment discussed when their videogame adaptation of the 2013 film World War Z will be arriving. Since the game’s announcement back in December 2017, not too much surrounding the anticipated title has been discussed on when fans could get their hands on the zombie shooter.
But today the game’s official Twitter page revealed when the title will be hitting store shelves along with a trailer showing off more of what will come with the game.

For those who have patiently been searching for a new title to fill the void since we have yet to receive a title close to the Left 4 Dead series, World War Z could be a close second as of right now. The title will hold up to four-player co-op and offers new stories between New York, Moscow, and Jerusalem.
It is also noteworthy that a similar title will be releasing the week following for PlayStation 4, Days Gone. Which also hones the intensity of ongoing zombie hordes within an open world. The title since being revealed back at E3 2016 has been hit with two delays pushing the game from its initial release date of Late 2018 to April 26, 2019.
World War Z will be out for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on April 16, 2019.
