Netflix Partners With The Coalition To Make A Gears of War Live Action Feature Film

It has been sixteen years since Gears of War was first released and since the franchises debut there had been a lot of discussions about making a movie or television show of the series. Yesterday, Netflix announced that they have partnered with Gears of War developer, The Coalition to adapt the video game saga into a live action feature film.

Not only will there be a live action film, but it’ll be followed by an adult animated series. No other details such as a release time were revealed,

Gears of War is the latest Microsoft franchise to get its entertainment treatment as Halo has its own Television Series on Paramount+ now.
