Rust is the most played map in Modern Warfare III after its first week

It has now been just over a week since the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III’s multiplayer which features classic maps from Modern Warfare 2 (2009). Sledgehammer Games shared some statistics from its debut week and it’s no surprise players are playing certain maps more than others.

Sledgehammer Games announced on X (formerly known as Twitter) that Rust leads all maps in most matches played while Terminal is in the lead for total hours played.

The other map that was third in Most Voted in Modern Warfare III was Scrapyard, but there doesn’t seem to be any stats regarding the amount of matches or hours played on it.
