CD Projekt Red held its latest financial results for Q3 2024 and they revealed that Cyberpunk 2077 surpassed 30 million copies sold along with its DLC Phantom Liberty reaching 8 million sales. The studio also confirmed the next Witcher title known as Project Polaris, has entered full-scale production.

“I’m proud to confirm that several weeks ago the Polaris team wrapped up preproduction and moved on to full-scale production – the most intensive phase of development. We are very pleased with our progress on this project, and I wish to thank the team for its dedication,” Said Michal Nowakowski, Join CEO of CD Projekt.

Since Witcher 4 has now entered full-scale production it still remains to be seen when we could see the next title release. It was in 2022 when CD Projekt Red revealed its plans for a new IP, Cyberpunk 2077 content, and the new Witcher trilogy.
