Baldur’s Gate 3 is now available on Xbox Series XlS

Larian Studios announced that Baldur’s Gate 3 is now available on Xbox Series XlS after it won Game Of The Year at The Game Awards. It was hinted a few weeks ago that the game would be coming to Xbox soon after the reveal of the Deluxe Edition.

Larian Studios made the announcement of Baldur’s Gate 3 being on Xbox right after the show ended.

Baldur’s Gate 3 features cross-platform save progression through Larian’s own account system, so if you already started the game on another platform can continue your adventure on Xbox if you purchase the game for Xbox and sign up for a free Larian account.

The biggest reason that Baldur’s Gate 3 failed to come to the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S originally was because of split-screen capabilities for the Xbox Series S, but Microsoft and Larian Studios worked around that.
