Nintendo announces Treehouse: Live featuring Pokemon Pokopia and Super Mario Bros Wonder

Today, Nintendo announced a new Nintendo Treehouse: Live presentation for the first time this year, featuring hands-on gameplay of Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and Pokémon Pokopia.

The Treehouse: Live presentation will take place on Tuesday, February 24 at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET. The livestream is expected to last roughly 80 minutes.

This month, fans were expecting a major Nintendo Direct to kick 2026 off. However, Nintendo held a Partner Showcase on February 5th, and with the month coming to a close, we may have to hope for a March Direct for any news.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition releases on March 26, 2026.
