Given the circumstance for fans attempting to grab the new next-generation systems, television manufacturers are also jumping to maximize how players can take full advantage of the hardware when finally in their hands. Already, Dolby promised its self-named Dolby Atmos & Dolby Vision to both be available for the coming Xbox Series X|S. Additionally, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) is another game-tuning feature that could further benefit the experience for those playing.

In the start of post-launch support for Xbox Series X|S even further, Microsoft alongside LG announced that its coming line of OLED displays will be the officially marketed televisions for the Xbox Series consoles. So players looking to obtain the best performance from the new systems can look to one brand in particular. However, other manufacturers are not exempt from pushing similar hardware.

From Philips, the company unveiled its new Momentum 55” 559M1RYV which is specifically marketed for Xbox Series X|S gaming. You can watch the trailer for the display in the video below:

“Unleash your console gaming. We partnered with the Xbox team to develop this Designed for Xbox display that is validated to deliver the optimal Xbox Series X visual performance the moment you plug it in,” Philips explains. “For true console gaming enthusiasts, the Designed for Xbox Momentum display delivers a new era of gaming. Level-up with sound by audio experts Bowers & Wilkins and new Ambiglow lighting for deeper immersion and overall gaming awesomeness.”

While many console users are traditionally exposed to 60 frames per second, the new television is said to be doubling-down on the refresh rate now ticking to 120Hz. That being said, the smoothest possible experience can be found alongside 4K UHD & its “VESA DisplayHDR 1000” technology inside. The model is priced at $1,499.99 and you can view listings by heading here.
