SDCC: Insomniac Games share brand new Story Trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

San Diego Comic-Con is off to a hot start for fans of Spider-Man as Insomniac Games and Sony share more news regarding Spider-Man 2. Insomniac Games debuted a brand new Story Trailer that sets up the story in the game while also getting our first look at Venom in Marvel’s New York.

Kraven the Hunter is the main antagonist alongside Venom playing a large role – except it’s not Eddie Brock. Spider-Man 2 will be double the size as the first game including new Queens and Brooklyn Boroughs as well as Coney Island.

The trailer showcases Peter Parker and Miles Morales entering new chapters in their lives as they balance their responsibilities as protectors of Marvel’s New York.

Alongside the brand new trailer, Sony announced a Spider-Man 2 limited edition PlayStation 5 console, DualSense and a Plate Cover. These items will release on September 1st ahead the games release on October 20, 2023.
