The Pokémon Company announced both Mew & Mewtwo are joining Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Trainers can now get Mew up until September 18 so if you haven’t gotten the Mythical Pokémon yet, you should probably act now.
How to get Mew in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
You’ll have to first head to the Main Menu where you’ll see the Poké Portal. After accessing the portal you’ll want to scroll down to the Mystery Gift menu and after going there select Get with Code/Password.
The Password to enter will be GETY0URMEW and while entering the code it’ll look weird on the screen, but hit enter regardless.
After entering this you will then see a Mythical Pokémon Mew Gift and that will grant you Mew in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.
Congratulations you now own Mew in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Trainers will be able to catch Mewtwo through a Tera Raid Battle event coming September 1 through September 18, 2023.
