Just like last years Modern Warfare II if you pre-order the Vault Edition you’ll receive Early Access to the Beta alongside Campaign Early Access. The Campaign Early Access is expected to start on November 2, but Activision has not said anything yet on that.
Sledgehammer Games and Activision confirmed all 16 launch multiplayer maps from Modern Warfare 2 (2009) will be available Day One on Modern Warfare III.
