A Simpsons & Fortnite crossover is rumored to be in development

It has been a busy weekend of Fortnite news as Epic Games and Disney announce further partnerships coming to the popular Battle Royale title. They have announced The Incredibles will be coming to the game including more Marvel characters through Season 4’s Absolute Doom Battle Pass.

New rumors are circulating that a Fortnite crossover with the Simpsons is in development. This is according to reliable Rocket League and Fortnite leaker, @SamLeakss on X (Twitter). The leaker said they received an email from an anonymous source of the upcoming Fortnite x Disney Shop collaboration.

Like always we must take leaks and rumors like this with a grain of salt, but with Epic Games doing almost any collaboration players can think of, we would think this is a real possibility. This is also a reminder that Disney owns The Simpsons after purchasing 21st Century Fox officially in 2019.

For those who are hoping for a new Simpsons video game, this might be the closest thing we get to something like The Simpsons Hit & Run.
