Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 was revealed in June with little detail about the game. However, the game will have its worldwide reveal at Gamescom Opening Night Live next week on August 19. According to a new report from Dealabs, Black Ops 7 will release on November 14, 2025.
The outlet reports that Call of Duty Black Ops 7 at launch will be available for Xbox Series, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC, with no plans for a Switch 2 version at launch. Activision has not shared its plans for a future port of the game on the Nintendo platform.
Black Ops 7 will also have a physical release with the disc included on Xbox Series, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. It sounds like this will be at least a $69.99 game at launch.
The release date announcement will happen on August 19, and pre-orders will go live the same day or on August 20.
Activision and Treyarch have been secretive about Call of Duty this year, based on what it will feature. They did tease a female protagonist as part of the campaign.
