Now that Windows apps can go on the Xbox One it brought so much to the console such as background music, easier to listen to podcasts, and more. Now something even more exciting has been approved for Xbox One and that is the Nintendo and Sega Genesis emulator. Some question how this can be approved for Nintendo’s sake since they would be a company that wouldn’t be okay with this, but emulators like this have been going around for a while now.
We will see how this goes in the future, if all is well than Xbox gamers will have even more to choose from.
Thanks to a tweet from nesbox.com on Twitter we now see that it has been officially approved:
Good news everyone! #nesbox has passed certification and will appear in Windows Store for XBox One soon. pic.twitter.com/NSD3HnriLw
