2026 marks an eventful year for the Persona franchise: its 30th anniversary. Developer Atlus already has shared the celebratory banner for the new event that will span across the calendar year. Looking ahead, there is excitement that is swelling for the announced Persona 4 Revival which is projected to release sometime this fiscal year as of yet.

Going back on the conversation of the 30th anniversary, the actual website did hint at the future of the series. In January, the domain teased “the next chapter for the series” is in reach with the milestone for the franchise. Leaker Extas1s just a week ago did unload a slew of new information including initial development on Persona 6 is complete with plans to ship sometime in 2027 next year.

And while there is still slim information to go for Persona 6 – the only being the featured color chosen is green – more appears to have leaked online. From Chinese social media Douyin, it appears that concept art for the new Persona has appeared online. The slew of images appear to be genuine according to those familiar with the Atlus sources. ResetEra user lolilolailo who has leaked correctly about Sega in the past added context to the leaks.

In one thread, the user did verify that the images are in fact genuine. The leaker compared another image that has been circulating and informed it to be AI generated. Additionally, there have been claims online indicating that there will be a dual protagonist dynamic. But lolilolailo has went on record to assert that the blonde male is the sole protagonist for Persona 6.

Other information that has been since understood to be genuine is the setting implicated from the leaked concept art. One image shows a train station which shares striking similarities to Sakuraicho Station which is in Yokohama, Japan. This has less weight than the other leaks, but the likeliness is certainly strong given how similar it is to the real life location.

What are you hoping to be real from these Persona 6 leaks?
