To those who might have lost interest from the Kickstarted horror survival game Friday The 13th, recently revealed is a new single player challenge mode for the game.
Introduced by Gun Media, these new challenges will offer players something to do when waiting between matches. To show what we can expect, they posted a video on their YouTube channel of the tutorial for the single player challenges. With two survivors stranded on the side of the road, you play as Jason and must come up with a way to off the survivors in any way you choose based on the situation. As said by Community Lead Daniel Nixon “the gameplay shown is the many way to complete this challenge.”
In the video, Jason picks off the two teens by waiting for the one to leave for the bathroom and murder him in the process. And return to the road as the other has his head under the car and Jason removes the jack, crushing their head. Based on the challenge there will be more than one way to go at it, for the car execution for example might be a bonus for the objective.
There’s no word yet on how many challenges there will be or when we will see them.
