Back at  E3 2015 Microsoft had revealed the new dashboard for Xbox One . At Gamescom 2015 they have announced that the new Xbox One Dashboard will be coming to users this November powered by Windows 10. One of the exciting features is the Cortana Integration and yes she will require the Kinect Sensor. You can say stuff like: “Hey Cortana, record the last minute and share it to my activity feed” “We’re bringing an improved Guide (like 360 Guide) with the new UI for Xbox One. It is fast and gets you to the things you want in a click.” “Our goal with the new UI: fast and easier.” – Mike Ybarra
