The folks at Mojang have sent out an update to the Windows 10 Edition and Pocket Edition versions of Minecraft bringing helpful bug fixes as well as yet another skin pack. As the Power Rangers movie recently released, the team at Mojang designed some Ranger-themed skins, but first the bug fixes.
When loading the game up after the update, players are greeted with the important aspects of the changelog, which we’ll include below.
- Accuracy of ghast fireball shots is now correct
- You will no longer get trapped and suffocate when reloading a world
- The beacon’s position is now correct when held in your hand
- Endermen once again have idle sounds
- Villagers no longer pick up your stuff when you die
Along with the above fixes, Mojang also notes that they “FINALLY fixed the ‘passive mobs despawning’ bug so your horses, pets, and villagers are again safe” and “added command blocks, command block minecarts, more commands, and game rules.” The full changelog is linked here for a thorough roundup of changes.
The Power Rangers skin pack is $2.99 USD and includes 20 skins, with the Red and Yellow Rangers being the free-to-try skins. The full roster of character skin includes the Red, Yellow, Black, Blue, Pink, and Green Rangers, the Red and Black Rangers in their Dragon Shield armor, the Rangers’ robot Alpha 5, the Rangers’ classic Megazord, franchise thugs Skull and Bulk, as well as Rita Repulsa, Goldar, Scorpina, Rito Revolto, Ninjor, Putty, and Lord Zedd himself. Version 1.0.5 is rolling out now to owners of the Pocket Edition as well as Windows 10 Edition so if you’re game for the new skin pack, go check for updates before hopping back into your blocky world. For the latest developments, be sure to stay tuned to Rectify Gaming.
