New Destiny: Rise of Iron Achievements revealed.

Reddit user, Uberwolf_ has found all the new achievements/trophies coming with Rise of Iron on September 20th for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. There are no Gamerscore listed or a total of it so we do not know as of now how much it will be, but we can guess around that 250 area.
The list is able to be found by anyone by going to the section of Trophies on PS4 after downloading and applying the latest 13.659 GB patch dubbed Update 2.4.0 through the PlayStation Network.
Here they are:

• Mountain Climber : Complete the “King of the Mountain” Mission
• The Young Wolf : Complete the “Rise of Iron” quest.
• Student of History : Activate all Iron Lord Artifacts
• Hidden Trophy : ???
• Supremacy : Complete the “Glory and Taking of It” quest.
• Eye for an Eye : Complete the “Kovik’s Sin” quest.
• Forging Ahead : Complete an encounter in the Archon’s Forge.
• Spliced : Complete the “Wrath of the Machine” raid.
• Splicer God : Complete the “Wrath of the Machine” raid on heroic difficulty.
