Oblivion and Modern Warfare 3 possibly coming to Xbox One BC soon

UPDATE: Major Nelson confirms that Modern Warfare 3 is not coming to Xbox One BC and states it was an error.

The Xbox Black Friday deals have begun and there are great deals for Xbox One and Xbox 360 games. When you look at the Xbox 360 deals all those games are backwards compatible on Xbox One, but we have noticed 2 games that have not been officially revealed yet. These 2 games are Oblivion and Modern Warfare 3.
They are currently on sale, Oblivion at 67% off for Gold members, and Modern Warfare 3 at 50% off for Gold members. When searching on Xbox One for these games nothing comes up. On the Xbox 360 Black Friday Sales Page it says both of these games are playable on Xbox One, so we could be expecting an announcement later today or next week about these titles.
November has been a great month for BC as Skate 3 and Mass Effect 2 & 3 were added to the list recently.
