Starting December 30th you can catch Cinderace in Pokémon Violet & Scarlet

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet continues to get additional content and it looks like a brand new 7 Star Tera Raid Battle is on the way starting December 30th. Serebii.net has broken the news that you’ll be able to fight against Fighting Tera Type Cinderace.

You will have the chance to catch Cinderace during two weekends. The first chance to get this Pokémon will be from December 30th – January 1st and the second chance being January 13th – January 15th.

Cinderace is the final evolution of starter Pokémon from Sword & Shield, Scorbunny.

This will be the second time that there will be a limited timed event to catch a Pokémon in Scarlet & Violet that’s not part of the Pokédex just yet. The first event Charizard which also brought Charmander and Charmeleon to the game because you are able to breed them.

With Cinderace coming to the game means that you’ll be able to have Scorbunny and Raboot as well. They won’t count toward your Pokédex and there won’t be the chance to get a shiny version of them yet either.

If the same rules apply as the Charizard one, you’ll only be able to catch 1 Cinderace.
