Epic Games released Fortnite Chapter 4: Season OG featuring the original map that was released with the battle royale title. It looks like this is what it took for the community to come back to Fortnite because the game has reached its highest player count since its release in 2017.

Earlier on November 3, 2023, the Fortnite Player Count hit its all-time peak of concurrent players at over 5 Million. The number it hit was 5,496,534 which is the highest amount of players online at the same time ever in Fortnite.

The Fortnite Player Count has likely risen since this report, but it’s great to see the community return of Tilted Towers and other iconic locations.

In October, Fortnite V-Bucks saw a price increase after Epic Games had laid off approximately 900 employees.
