The new PlayStation 5 looks very slim compared to the original

The new PlayStation 5 is arriving on store shelves this week with the release of Modern Warfare III on November 10. Rectify Gaming first shared an image that showed a comparison of the PS5 Slim next to the original PlayStation 5 in their respective boxes and the difference is notable. Now the new PlayStation 5 Slim is arriving in the hands of many people including Geoff Keighley.

Geoff Keighley posted on social media a comparison of both consoles outside of the box and it’s very clear the new PlayStation 5 is a lot slimmer.

Sony hasn’t said an official release date for the new PS5, but it’s clear it is releasing this week with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, a Microsoft-owned IP.

The new PlayStation 5 with the disc drive will cost $499.99 USD when it hits the stores soon.
