Remedy Entertainment and Behaviour Interactive announced that Alan Wake will be joining Dead By Daylight on January 30, 2024. Alan will be Dead By Daylight’s newest survivor where plays can step into the shoes of the troubled writer.

The Alan Wake Chapter in Dead By Daylight will feature the likeness of the actor Ilkka Villi, who plays Alan during the live-action scenes in the franchise. As well as Matthew Porretta, who voiced Alan throughout the series. This collaboration will allow players to hear brand-new, original voice lines as Alan Wake faces his deadly challenge in The Fog.

This Chapter will bring a special limited-time modifier called Lights Out that adds a terrifying new layer of fear to Dead By Daylight. Modifiers are brand-new adjustments to the existing Trial format that offer players a unique and exciting experience. With Lights Out, players will find themselves in a terrifying atmosphere stripped of several of the key tools they’re used to.

The Dead By Daylight Alan Wake Chapter will be available on all supported platforms.
