The phenomenon that is Funko! Pops continues to reflect culture in multiple industries. Over the past few years, the firm has established new roots beyond its plastic figures. In early 2019, it was reported a film deal was arranged with Warner Bros. then. Additionally, Funko with Xbox Game Studios arranged a mobile release with Gears Pop! which arrived in fall 2019.
Additionally, reports did circulate that even Traveler’s Tales was in discussion with Funko as well. In that, there was plans for a title codenamed ‘Project Rainbow Road’ which featured a diverse roster of Warner Bros properties in a new experience. Instead, that project was instead manifested into Funko Fusion from 10:10 Games.
This week, 10:10 Games announces Funko Fusion is set to release later this September for all major platforms. You can watch the reveal trailer in the video below:
