Hiroyuki Sanada might have a role in the Ghost of Tsushima movie

Since Ghost of Tsushima from Sucker Punch Productions was released for PlayStation 5, there have been plans at Sony for a movie. Takashi Doscher was announced to write the script a few years ago and now we have new information about who will play a role in the film.

DanielRPK has reported that Hiroyuki Sanada has been in talks for a role in the Ghost of Tsushima movie. Sanada is part of the Shogun cast and plays the role of Yoshii Toranaga in the TV Series. It wasn’t said what role he’d be playing in the adaptation, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if he took on the role of Lord Shimura or even Jin Sakai.

There’s no doubt Ghost of Tsushima has been a great addition to the lineup PlayStation offers to its fans and a movie to go along with it will make it even better. Recently, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut made its way to PC offering an enriched and immersive experience. In our review, we scored it a 9 out of 10.
