The Last of Us Season 2 has been in production since January 2024 and the TV Series sets have been spotted in Canada recently. It has been reported already that Pedro Pascal already wrapped filming The Last of Us Season 2 which has many fans of the video game series intrigued. It was also reported Season 2 will go live in March or April 2025.

How many episodes will The Last of Us Season 2 have?

It is reported by Deadline The Last of Us Season 2 will be 7 episodes long. They also claim Season 3 will be larger and there is a possibility of a Season 4.

That sounds surprising given there are only two The Last of Us games and it seems the series on MAX might go beyond what the games have to offer.

The Last of Us Season 1 went live in January 2023 and was HBO’s second-largest debut with 4.7 million viewers at the time. Could Season 2 be even bigger with how long everyone has been waiting? We’ll know for sure in 2025.
