For more than a decade, GTA Online has remained the continued blood flow for Grand Theft Auto fans. While a new game has still yet to release, the online mode for Grand Theft Auto V has faced an unprecedented amount of support. The most recent title update for GTA Online – Bottom Dollar Bounties – added new missions for ‘off-the-books Dispatch work’ as you use police vehicles to apprehend notorious no-gooders.

As for the newest installment Grand Theft Auto VI, the game is planned to release next fall. As per the Take-Two Interactive earnings call, it has verified a release window is estimated for sometime in fall 2025 next year. Additionally, known insider Jason Schreier has indicated that plans for a delay has not yet been established for the next Grand Theft Auto.

Inching to the spooky season for Halloween, GTA Online is introducing a new zombie survival mode to its lobbies. The Ludendorff Cemetery Survival Mode offers a new experience fighting off waves of the undead in a new setting for GTA Online. You can watch the trailer in the video below:

“For the first time in GTA Online, return to North Yankton and confront a nightmarish array of foes — including ambling corpses, colossal juggernauts, and possessed animals — and banish these living dead back to the darkness in the new Ludendorff Cemetery Survival mode. […] Things have taken a terrifying turn in the snowy hills of North Yankton. Halloween’s chilling influence has transformed Ludendorff Cemetery into a battleground against the undead.”

Rockstar Games also added: “We’re also challenging the GTA Online community to protect the town of Ludendorff from these tides of undead. Collectively slay 80 million zombies in the new Ludendorff Cemetery Survival to get the Orange Glow Skeleton Onesie and the Red Hooded Skull Mask.” GTA Online+ members that participate will also be granted a unique mummy costume as well.
