Another Nintendo Flagship Store Is Opening In San Francisco, California Next Month

Nintendo this year is preparing for a massive roll out later in 2025. Of course, the biggest elephant in the room is the Nintendo Switch 2. Aiming to launch its newest console sometime this calendar year will bring new attention to the firm. And with a dedicated Direct presentation to be held on Wednesday this week will put things into perspective for its consumers.

Additionally, the Japanese firm is also working on attractions as well for its IPs. In Japan, the Super Mario Universal theme park welcomed the new addition of its Donkey Kong expansion just last year. And, the United States is in its crosshairs as well. Plans to officially launch the Universal Studios Orlando Super Mario World is to officially come sometime in 2025 also.

As to what is on schedule to launch very soon is the new Nintendo San Francisco store. Recently, Nintendo announced that a sibling store for Nintendo New York is to launch later this May on the west coast. The firm also disclosed that there will be a new sweepstakes going live with the launch of the store this spring.

“On May 15, Nintendo will open the doors to Nintendo San Francisco, its second official store in the United States. Located in San Francisco’s iconic Union Square at 331 Powell Street, Nintendo San Francisco is set to bring smiles to guests of all ages and visitors from near and far. In addition to game systems and games, Nintendo San Francisco will offer a unique shopping experience filled with Nintendo’s characters, worlds and exclusive products including accessories, apparel, home goods and souvenirs available only at this location.”
