Bramblesong Boss Location

Auger Mines

Bramblesong is found in the Terminus Range in the Bittervein Abandoned Auger Mine, Stoneblood Forest in the Terminus Range. Completing the Shadow of the Mountain main quest in Borderlands 4 allows you to gain access to the abandoned Auger Mines. Bramblesong is a repeatable optional boss, meaning you can farm him multiple times to earn useful rewards.

Complete the main mission and make your way back to the location to use cash at Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine. This machine is near the entrance of the boss arena, allowing you to re-farm the boss.

Fast travel to the Snowy Wells Safehouse and move to the north side of the road to access the location of Augur Mines. Move to a little bit northeast and pass through the small river after going through the bridge before the Order facility. A path will come that takes you directly to the Augur Mine. Once you enter the mine, move all the way to the end to locate the Bramblesong.

Traversing in this mine can be challenging due to the Kratch in there. Defeating the Bramblesong boss allows you to complete the “Song’s Over” requirement in UVH progression. Not only this, you also get the opportunity at the legendary Convergence and SDU rewards. Below are all the steps to locate the Bramblesong in Borderlands 4.

How To Defeat Bramblesong

Defeating the Bramblesong can be a difficult task for the players due to its fast-paced attacks that deal massive damage. Make sure to run away from the multiple projectiles and save enemies for the second wind. If you get too close to the boss, he uses sweep melee strike to deal damage. Take advantage of the boulder in the arena to block these attacks.

The projectiles that this boss fires can cause an AOE blast. You need to get out of the range to avoid taking any heavy damage. Get back into the fight by killing the enemy to trigger the Second Wind, so you need to save enemies as a backup plan. Keep moving in the arena to avoid getting stuck in the spit and taking damage. Don’t need to move down while fighting with this boss, as the other smaller enemies will attack you to deal damage.

Use an incendiary weapon to deal more damage to the boss, as it has two health bars. There will be an aggression spike near the end of its last bar, so it’s best to be defensive at this moment. Use your action skills, grenades, and heavy ordnance after it staggers. Dealing damage during this time can melt more health.

Try not to kill him too close to the edge because he can end up vomiting all of your loot right off the side. The Bramblesong takes just over one minute to kill, making him really easy to farm. Use the grenades to deal damage, and then follow up with a few deadly attacks for your weapon to finish off the fight.

All Bramblesong Drops

Bramblesong Drops

Defeating the bramblesone in Borderlands 4 grants multiple drops to farm from it. These drops include the Convergence legendary shotgun, along with Ordnance, SMG, and tokens. Below are all the drops and item types, along with their usage.

  • Boomslang (Sniper Rifle)- The first critical hit ricochets sticky projectiles to up to three enemies after reloading.
  • Convergence (Shotgun)- This weapon has Tediore-licensed accessories. You can choose to throw it to reload. Different pellets converge on the target and deal additional damage.
  • Destructo Disc (Ordnance)- The grenade moves slowly forward, and a beam rotates around it after throwing it towards the target. The beam deals damage to anything that comes within its range.
  • Ohm I Got (SMG)- It consumes the shield rather than bullets when the shield is active. However, the fire bullets deal +50% damage to enemies.
  • SDU Tokens- Gain SDU Tokens to upgrade your SDU slots after defeating the boss for the first time.

Any legendary class mods for the Vault Hunters are not dropped from the Bramblesong in Borderlands 4.
