
Capcom has released its surprise DLC, which it has been teasing over the last couple of weeks, for Resident Evil Requiem. The new mini-DLC is titled “Leon Must Die Forever“.
Now available in Resident Evil Requiem is a new game mode, Leon Must Die Forever, and the update Capcom released fixes an issue causing the game to become unplayable under certain circumstances.
For Steam and Epic Games Store updates, there were also a few fixes:
– Fixed several issues to ensure a smoother gaming experience.
– Adaptive triggers, vibration functions, and motion sensor function for the DualSense wireless controller have been added.
Resident Evil Requiem released on February 27, 2026, and sales reached over 6 million in just a couple of weeks across Switch 2, PS5, Xbox, and PC. Previously, Capcom confirmed content updates and Story DLC would eventually come to the game.
Capcom is on a hot streak right now. PRAGMATA was its latest launch, which has now sold over 2 million copies since April 17.
