Microsoft’s most powerful console Xbox One X has been getting a lot of praise for its raw power, compact design and smallest Xbox ever made. Many had questioned the $499 price tag when it was officially announced at E3 2017, but after the Limited Edition Project Scorpio console became the fastest pre-order ever for an Xbox console, the price tag didn’t look that expensive for a lot of fans.
This time, GameStop has confirmed they nearly sold their first initial batch for Xbox One X with Microsoft already sending them more – “Sales of the new Xbox One X have been incredible! We have sold through most of our initial allotment in just one day,” GameStop SVP of merchandising Bob Puzon said. “We are already working with Microsoft to get our hands on more of the world’s most powerful video game console!”

No exact units sold has been disclosed by GameStop, although they will report their earnings later this month on November 21st. Until then, stick with us by following Rectify on Twitter.
