Second Episode For Life Is Strange 2 Aimed For This January

The debut for the sequel to Dontnod’s episodic title Life is Strange left many fans excited seeing where the story will be taken in the game’s universe, yet on the other hand had fans worried since the following title will star new protagonists instead of Max & Chloe. In late-September the first episode ‘Roads’ released and many fans were left hungry as they anticipated for the next episode to come out.

Recently an update was posted on the game’s official blog regarding the second episode and when we should expect to see it available to play. The team over at Dontnod aware of those becoming impatient on the wait since early-Fall left a statement reassuring that the French studio is working to finishing the second episode.

The Life is Strange series is a project close to all of our hearts and one for which we do not want to rush development and thereby fail to meet the benchmark of quality and emotional impact that you, our players, deserve.

Following the message from the team, the post ensures that we should be seeing the second episode ‘Rules’ sometime next year in January. Though there was not much other detail released in the post, the author did specify that more information on the upcoming episode will be revealed later this month. Meaning a trailer showcasing what’s to come or another blog post.
