Saints Row IV: Re-elected and Saints Row: Gat out of Hell, the standalone expansion, are now available for pre-order and pre-download on Xbox One. There are three different pre-order options, which are listed below:

Saints Row IV: Re-elected – The base game, with both DLC mission packs, over 25 DLC weapons, 15 new vehicles, 15 new homies & 6 new superpower elements.

Saints Row: Gat out of Hell –  Play as Johnny Gat or Kinzie Kensington in the standalone expansion. And shoot the devil in the face. That too. While saving the Saint leader’s soul. Sounds pretty cool.

Saints Row: IV Re-elected & Gat out of Hell – A bundle of the Saints Row IV Re-Elected game and Gat Out of Hell – so you can enjoy running around Steelport with awesome superpowers AND shoot the devil in the face.
