Rainbow Vomit Shotgun offers a times multiplier for every slug. It does incredible damage because the accuracy is paramount.

The best way to farm the Rainbow Vomit Shotgun is from leader Willem. To unlock leader Willem, you need to complete the side quest chain. Progress through the series of side quests, allowing you to unlock gates tied to the Carcadia storyline.
The quests that you need to complete in order are: Enter the Electi Part 1, Enter the Electi Part 2, The Council Divided, A Traitor Within, and The Mole’s Gambit.
Complete the Main mission 9: Unpaid Tab in Borderlands 4. The electricity and water will be restored to Carcadia. Completing the first mission allows you to unlock the Electi side-storyline. This will initiate several events and missions to unlock Willem. Get access to the Carcadia Burn region after completing the second part.
Complete The Council Divided Side Mission
