Death Stranding 2 Limited Edition DualSense Controller releases June 26

Today, Kojima Productions and Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed the Death Stranding 2: On the Beach limited edition DualSense Controller for PS5.

The DualSense wireless controller – Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Limited Edition will cost $84.99, and pre-orders go live on May 22, 2025. It will be available at participating retailers.

The Death Stranding 2 controller will release on June 26, 2025, alongside the game where players can join Sam and his companions on a mission to save humanity from extinction.

Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxemburg will be able to pre-order the Death Stranding 2 DualSense controller on direct.playstation.com.

Lately, Sony has been putting out more limited edition DualSense controllers as PS5 gets further into its life. We have seen Astro Bot, Concord, Helldivers 2, The Last of Us Part II, and others receive their own limited controller.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive when it launches this June. However, like we eventually saw with the first Death Stranding, it eventually came to PC and Xbox a few years later. That is still a possibility with the sequel, but Sony has the marketing secured for the game.
