Demon’s Souls PlayStation 5 Box Art Listed On Amazon Australia, Suggests Possible Nearby Announcement Soon

As many fans could gather from the announcement for the Demon’s Souls remake back in Mid June during the PlayStation 5 Showcase, not much information was provided from the reveal trailer aside from a glimpse at what can be expected for the next-generation title. Not even providing a release window, it was suspected the coming reworking would be arriving sometime in 2021 at the earliest.

Howbeit, that perspective shifted when it was discovered just last month that Demon’s Souls remake was rated in Korea. In that, Gematsu pieced together the pattern of Sony Interactive Entertainment-published projects following its first rating in eastern markets, offering a two – three month timeframe for its release. Most noted, that lands in the proximity of the PlayStation 5 launch window as well.

Now it seems more evidence on the coming title has surfaced today as users online uncovered the PlayStation 5 box art, new screenshots, and a brief overview of the new title on Amazon Australia. You can view the game’s cover art in the image below:

“In his quest for power, the 12th King of Boletaria, King Allant channelled the ancient Soul Arts, awakening a demon from the dawn of time itself, The Old One.” Currently, the listing does not provide a release window or any details for the project aside from the platform, PlayStation 5. But, it is expected with the timing of the page that an announcement could be just on the horizon.
