
The Nintendo Switch 2 is set to release on June 5, 2025, and third-party publishers and developers are supporting the console. We’ve already seen many large third-party games confirmed to release on the Switch 2 and more is coming.
It has been noticed that Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO has been rated for the Nintendo Switch 2 in Saudi Arabia. This comes ahead of any official announcement from Bandai Namco, but it’s no surprise to see Sparking! Zero come to the Switch 2.

Dragon Ball FighterZ was a hit when it released on Nintendo Switch. When Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO, released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S it sold over 3 million copies in 24 hours. The game was released on October 11, 2024.
The Switch 2 is available to pre-order at most major retailers, but they might be hard to get. Costco is expected to have Switch 2 consoles available starting June 5, 2025. One of the other fighting games confirmed to be released on the new Nintendo console is Street Fighter 6 from Capcom, and that is getting a lot of support from amiibo.
