Earlier this month, developer Respawn Entertainment unveiled the first piece of gameplay to the world for their November-set single player title, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. And as many were hoping, the game met with expectations that were sitting on the game’s shoulders as players along with franchise fans have been hungry for a true Star Wars title when compared to the previous titles from DICE this generation.

While the game does hold promising hope for a solid title based on George Lucas’ film series, some went to see that the full potential for the game was left out or has yet to be showcased when initially viewing the demo at EA Play 2019. Following with word within the industry that Jedi Fallen Order does feature other game changing elements like open-world and freedom for players than what was shown in the presented demo.

And that happened to be true as the Titanfall developer has released the full extended demo for the game which only eyes within press were able to view at E3 this year. You can watch the nearly half-hour long demo below:

Opening with the sequence which was shown at Microsoft’s press conference is of Cal and BD intercepting a AT-AT; the demo joins together the footage from both Xbox’s and EA Play’s event along with showcasing the more liberating perspective of the title. After shooting down the antagonizing Imperial ship, Cal is met by Saw Gerrera who is leading a fight against the Emperor’s troops in Kashyyyk.

Following the conversation, however, introduces the open-world aspect of the game where players can explore the level. Brining Cal in the interior of his ship reveals the holotable that holds some of the planets that can be visited in the game. The demo also previews dialogue options that players can interact with when conversing among other characters.

The demo primarily shows the missing piece of the demo and soon after transitions into the more linear exhibition that was presented at EA Play. One niche feature that was left out of the publisher’s demo, but was showcased in the extended cut is how players can use their skill points from progression. At certain points in the game, players will be met with meditation points that Cal can sit on and view all his new abilities ahead of him whilst in the meditating state.

Other news revealed at EA Play had detailed the differing pre-order options for Jedi Fallen Order: you can view what is available now by going here.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is planned to release on November 15, 2019 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
