Grounded 2’s ‘Hairy And Scary Update’ Delivers New Arachnid Boss, Tarantula Items, And Streamlined BUILD.M System

Over a year ago, Obsidian Entertainment’s Grounded shaped the new future for Xbox releases – it would be releasing on Nintendo Switch. The game after being an Xbox IP would move onto other platforms alongside Hi-Fi Rush, Sea of Thieves, and Pentiment. The title would also receive a physical release via Limited Run Games as well.

Additionally, that would not be the last you would hear of Grounded. At least, in terms of the original release. That is thanks to the surprising announcement of Grounded 2. Alike the first, it would arrive to Xbox & PC as an Early Access release. However, what differs is the scale, ambition, and confidence in the sequel that was shaped from the work of the original since its debut in 2018.

Now this week, Grounded 2 arrives with its first update – Hairy and Scary. You can watch the new update trailer in the video below:

[…] This update also makes it easier than ever to turn your park empire into an architectural masterpiece. The streamlined BUILD.M grid system is here to make placing, snapping, and perfecting your creations more intuitive, giving your wildest blueprints a chance to shine.”
